Edge Radio is a not-for-profit community station, in Hobart, Tasmania. As Hobart’s only youth station, Edge Radio provides a mix of music, entertainment, local journalistic content and information to enhance Hobart’s cultural landscape. Edge Radio broadcasts to the greater Hobart area on 99.3FM, and streams globally on edgeradio.org.au.
fbi 94.5FM champions Sydney’s emerging and independent music, arts and culture hosted by a community of young broadcasters and creatives.
fbi 94.5FM has been on air since 2003, and was forging pathways in the radio, they play 50% Australian music, with half of that from Sydney and they broadcast on FM radio across Greater Sydney, from Katoomba to Gosford to Wollongong in NSW Australia.
As Australia’s not-for-profit LGBTIQA+ media organisation, JOY Media represents the people, stories, news, music, and lived experiences of Australia’s LGBTIQA+ community and allies.
Powered by 200+ volunteers and led by a small leadership team, JOY’s content makers inform, empower, entertain audiences globally by delivering quality community media, every hour, every day of the year. The organization is built on three key pillars – content, training and events. These are better known as JOY 94.9, JOY Academy and JOY Gigs.
